MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your experience at Volare at the Woodlands is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Volare at the Woodlands, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are available to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in The Woodlands! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line, or contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

We offer carport parking for $45/month and garages for $125/month. All open parking is first-come, first-served and free of charge. 

Everything you need is right here at Volare at the Woodlands. Our community offers a variety of amenities, including a game room with billiards, a pet wash station, and a car wash center. We also have Well Beats Fitness Classes on Demand, a gated community with controlled access, concierge services, and valet trash service. We love pets! Yes, we are pet-friendly. Contact our leasing team for additional details about breed restrictions.

Our apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

We aim to approve all applications within 72 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.

Our renter's insurance requires the policy to list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the renter's insurance policy at Volare at the Woodlands, please contact our leasing office!

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Volare at the Woodlands will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Volare at the Woodlands, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent.

Applicant(s) must provide verification of income from their employer.

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.
